EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE WORKPLACE ARE PROVIDED THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS AND BRIEFINGS, PROGRAM OPERATION WORKSHOPS AND COURSES, AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPACE FOR WORKSHOPS AND COURSES. SESSIONS INCLUDE CLASSROOM TRAINING, COMPUTER TRAINING, EXECUTIVE & MANAGEMENT COACHING, SALES TRAINING, VIRTUAL TRAINING, AND A TRAINING E-PLANNER. AAIM EDUCATION CENTER HAS EDUCATED MORE THAN 4,800 INDIVIDUALS FROM OVER 600 UNIQUE ORGANIZATIONS IN CURRENT SOFT SKILLS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND DIVERSITY AWARENESS PROGRAMS FROM OUR COURSE CATALOGUE. IN 2023, AAIM EDUCATION CENTER PROVIDED TRAINING FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2,800 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH 386 DIFFERENT SESSIONS AT CLIENT SITES.
