TO PROMOTE A WAY OF LIFE THAT BINDS LIKE-MINDED MEN IN A BROTHERHOOD THAT TRANSCENDS ALL RELIGIOUS, ETHNIC, CULTURAL, SOCIAL, AND EDUCATIONAL DIFFERENCES AND THROUGH ITS FELLOWSHIP, COMPASSION, AND CONCERN TO FIND WAYS IN WHICH TO SERVE GOD, FAMILY, COUNTRY, AND SELF.

FRATERNAL EDUCATION AND ACTIVITIES: TO PRESENT THE PRINCIPLES AND TEACHINGS OF FREEMASONRY TO MEMBERS IN ORDER TO MAKE THEM BETTER INDIVIDUALS WITHIN SOCIETY AND TO PROVIDE MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE MASONIC FELLOWSHIP. THE PRINCIPLES AND TEACHINGS OF FREEMASONRY ARE FIRST PRESENTED TO THOSE JOINING MOSAIC LODGE THROUGH THE THREE DEGREES OF SYMBOLIC MASONRY AND THEREAFTER BY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, NUMEROUS SELF-STUDY RESOURCES, AND BY WITNESSING HOW OTHER MASONS PRACTICE THEM IN THEIR DAILY LIVES. THE MEMBERS OF THE LODGE WERE PROVIDED WITH A VARIETY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR MASONIC FELLOWSHIP AND GROWTH. MEMBERS WERE INFORMED ABOUT LODGE MEETINGS, DEGREE WORK, AND VARIOUS ACTIVITIES, AND WERE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE WHENEVER POSSIBLE. SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED FAMILY MEMBERS.
CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE: TO PROVIDE FUNDS AND ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND/OR ORGANIZATIONS FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES CHARITY IS ONE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF FREEMASONRY AND IS EVIDENCED THROUGH ITS SUPPORT OF A VARIETY OF WORTHWHILE CAUSES. IN 2021 MOSAIC LODGE AWARDED GRANTS TOTALING $12,450 TO NINE QUALIFIED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND AWARDED $2,000 SCHOLARSHIPS TO SIX OUTSTANDING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEM IN PURSUING A POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION, AND GRANTED A TOTAL OF $6,150 TO THREE LODGE MEMBERS WHO WERE IN NEED OF CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE. MASONIC CHARITY, HOWEVER, GOES BEYOND THAT OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND IS EVIDENCED THROUGH ITS MEMBERS' ACTS, KINDNESS, AND SERVICE TO THOSE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WHETHER THEY BE MASONS OR NOT.
