THE COMMUNITIES OF COLOR COALITION (C3) MISSION IS EDUCATING AND ADVOCATING FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHTS, ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR AND OTHER UNDER-REPRESENTED GROUPS THAT HAVE BEEN SYSTEMICALLY OPPRESSED. AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY FREE OF RACISM AND INTOLERANCE.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND ADVOCACY, ESPECIALLY IN THE FIELDS OF HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENT, ECONOMY, AND HOUSING JUSTICE. C3 PROGRAMMING SERVES TO INFORM, MOBILIZE, AND AMPLIFY THE VOICES OF HISTORICALLY OPPRESSED COMMUNITIES TO CHALLENGE THE STATUS QUO OF POWER AND PRIVILEDGE.
DIRECT SERVICES: DURING THE PANDEMIC, OUR ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DIRECT SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY BY DEPLOYING AND AIDING FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO THOSE IN NEED. WE HELPED INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES ACCESS GRANTS, LOANS, SUBSIDIES, AND OTHER FORMS OF ECONOMIC RELIEF. WE ALSO OFFERED GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT ON HOW TO MANAGE THEIR FINANCES IN TIME OF CRISIS. OUR GOAL WAS TO ALLEVIATE THE ECONOMIC HARDSHIP CAUSED BY THE PANDEMIC AND TO PROMOTE RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE.
