THE FOUNDATION MANAGES THE ENDOWMENT AND MAKES LOANS TO GRMC TO ENABLE GRMC TO PURCHASE NEEDED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. THE FOUNDATION ALSO ADMINISTERS THE CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITY PROGRAM.
