EDUCATIONALLEN COLLEGE IS AN ACCREDITED, PRIVATE, NON-PROFIT, MULTI-PURPOSE COLLEGE FOR NURSING AND HEALTH SCIENCES. TO PROVIDE GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES, ALLEN COLLEGE HAS DEVELOPED PARTNERSHIPS WITH MANY COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN IOWA. THE AFFILIATION BETWEEN THESE INSTITUTIONS WILL MAXIMIZE THE STUDENTS' LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES BY COMBINING THE STRENGTH OF ALLEN COLLEGE'S CLINICAL COMPONENT WITH THE TRADITIONAL COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT. ALLEN COLLEGE HAS NINE PROGRAMS AND 1 MINOR AVAILABLE: DOCTORATE OF NURSE PRACTITIONER (DNP), DOCTOR OF EDUCATION (ED.D.), MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (MSN), MASTER OF SCIENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (MS IN OT), BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (BSN), ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE IN RADIOGRAPHY (ASR), DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL SONOGRAPHY (DMS), MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE (MLS), PUBLIC HEALTH (PH) AND POPULATION HEALTH MINOR.DURING THE FALL 2021 TERM, ALLEN COLLEGE HAD A TOTAL OF 552 STUDENTS ENROLLED WITH THE BREAKDOWN AMONG PROGRAMS AS FOLLOWS: ASR: 31, DMS: 14, MI-CT: 1, MI-MRI: 1, MLS: 16, PH: 5, MS IN OT: 54, ED.D: 5, DPT: 5, BSN: 245, BSN-DNP AGACNP: 6, BSN-DNP PMHNP: 3, BSN-DNP FNP: 10, MSN: 131, NON-DEGREE: 14, & DNP: 11.
