RESIDENTS PAY AN INITIAL ENTRANCE FEE AND MONTHLY FEES THEREAFTER WHICH ENTITLE THEM TO THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY FOR LIFE AND UNLIMITED USE OF THE HEALTH CENTER.
