GRANTS ARE AWARDED TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IF THEY WORK IN 3 OF THE FOLLOWING 4 AREAS: YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY SAFETY AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT, POSTSECONDARY SUCCESS, AND MENTORING.
