THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE MONTANA COWBOY HALL OF FAME AND WESTERN HERITAGE CENTER INC. IS TO PROMOTE AND PRESERVE THE WESTERN HERITAGE OF MONTANA FOR THE ENRICHMENT OF THE PUBLIC. THE ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED ITS INAUGURAL EXHIBIT WITHIN THE CHARLES M. RUSSELL MUSEUM IN HISTORIC GREAT FALLS, MONTANA. THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO ENABLE THE PUBLIC TO LEARN ABOUT THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO HAVE IMPACTED MONTANA'S HERITAGE -- THOSE WHOSE STORIES MAY OTHERWISE GO UNNOTICED.

THE TRAILER IS DESIGNED TO STRATEGICALLY DELIVER CULTURAL EDUCATION AND PRESERVATION RECOURCES TO THE PUBLIC.
