PROFICIENCY TESTS WERE PROVIDED TO LABORATORIES/MANUFACTURERS TO OBTAIN DATA FROM MEASUREMENTS TAKEN FOR SPECIFIC UNITS. DATA FROM THE PROFICIENCY TESTS ARE THEN GATHERED AND A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS CONSISTING OF THE SAME TEST FROM A DIFFERENT TESTER IS THEN SUBMITTED BACK TO THE TESTER.
