RETAIL AND OPEN SHOP: THE MINNEAPOLIS RETAIL SHOP SOLD NEW AND USED BICYCLES AND BIKE PARTS, SERVICED BIKES FOR A FEE, AND RECYCLED SCRAP BIKES. OPEN SHOP AND GREASE RAG OFFERED SPACE AND ACCESS TO TOOLS IN THE MINNEAPOLIS SHOP, ENABLING COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO FIX THEIR BICYCLES, WITH SUPERVISED HELP IF NEEDED. GREASE RAG OFFERED DEDICATED SHOP TIME FOR FEMME, TRANS, AND WOMEN-ONLY. ACCESS TO SPACE WAS ON A SLIDING FEE SCALE, BUT NO ONE WAS TURNED AWAY BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO PAY.
