LIFECARE MEDICAL CENTER OPERATES A 25-BED CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL, A 40-BED NURSING FACILITY, A 42-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, HOME HEALTH, HOSPICE, AND PUBLIC HEALTH IN ROSEAU, MINNESOTA. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OPERATES A 40-BED NURSING FACILITY AND 12 APARTMENTS OF ASSISTED LIVING IN GREENBUSH, MINNESOTA. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OPERATES A COMMUNITY WELLNESS AND REHABILITATION CENTER IN WARROAD, MINNESOTA.
