CHAT PARTNERED WITH NEW MILLENIUM ON SEVERAL ARTS ACTIVITIES SUCH AS MUSIC AND PHOTOGRAPHY LESSONS FOR STUDENTS. CHAT CONDUCTED THEIR ANNUAL CHRISTMAS GIFT GIVEAWAY AND HOLIDAY FESTIVAL WITH MUSIC, PRIZES AND CRAFT VENDORS. CHAT ORGANIZED THEIR ANNUAL FRESH TRADITIONS FASHION SHOW AT THE ST. PAUL RIVERCENTRE.
