SEVEN RESIDENTIAL HOMES THAT PROVIDE HOUSING TO PEOPLE WITH MEDICALLY DIAGNOSED ILLNESSES AND THAT ARE EXTREMELY LOW-INCOME. EACH PERSON RENTS A PRIVATE BEDROOM AND SHARES COMMON LIVING SPACE SUCH AS A KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, AND BATHROOMS. VARIOUS SUPPORT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS TO CHOOSE FROM TO HELP THEM LIVE INDEPENDENTLY, PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMUNITY, AND LIVE THEIR GREATEST LIVES.
