SKILLED NURSING: WARROAD CARE CENTER HAS THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE SKILLED CARE TO 49 RESIDENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 9/30/21. THE ORGANIZATION HAD 17,475 CENSUS DAYS WHICH AVERAGES 48 RESIDENTS PER DAY. MEDICAID CONSISTED OF 13,711 CENSUS DAYS WHICH AVERAGES 37.56 RESIDENTS PER DAY. PRIVATE PAY HAD 3,692 CENSUS DAYS WHICH AVERAGES 10.12 RESIDENTS PER DAY. MEDICARE HAD 72 CENSUS DAYS WHICH AVERAGES 0.20 RESIDENTS PER DAY.
ASSISTED LIVING: WARROAD CARE CENTER HAS 22 APARTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR GENERAL ASSISTED LIVING CARE AND 10 APARTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR SUPPORTIVE CARE.
