PROVIDED YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS, AGES 4-16, LIVING IN THE HIGHLAND PARK AND CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA. THE ASSOCIATION'S VISION IS TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUTH IN THE AREA TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY AND TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO PLAY AND COMPETE AT THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES.
