OUR PROGRAMS ARE NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS A BENCHMARK FOR STATE CONFERENCES, CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS AND OTHER LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. THE OVER 100 EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES WE OFFER EVERY YEAR INCLUDES TRAINING FOR OWNERS, MANAGERS, MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS AND LEASING CONSULTANTS. A SAMPLING OF SUBJECTS INCLUDES FAIR HOUSING, LANDLORD/TENANT LAW, EFFECTIVE LEASING, TROUBLESHOOTING MAINTENANCE REPAIRS, DIVERSITY TRAINING AND SUPERVISING SMART.

MEETINGS - TRAINING AND MEMBERSHIP EVENTS.MHA HOSTS SEVERAL MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR OWNERS, MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES OF MULTI HOUSING TO IMPROVE THEIR BUSINESS SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. SEVERAL HUNDRED PEOPLE ATTEND THESE PROGRAMS EACH YEAR. THESE PROGRAMS ARE AIMED AT OWNERS OF SMALL TO MID-SIZE RENTAL PROPERTIES AND COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES. IN ADDITION WE HAVE MULTIPLE PROGRAMS WHICH OFFER NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES TO OUR MEMBERS, HELP BUILD COMMUNITY AND RECOGNIZE OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
