IN 2022 PIONEER HOME INCORPORATED OPERATED A 105-BED NURSING FACILITY, 52-UNIT MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING COMPLEX, 44-UNIT HOUSING WITH SERVICES COMPLEX, 18-UNIT MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING COMPLEX IN BRECKENRIDGE, MINNESOTA, AND ABOUT 500 PIONEERLINK HOME MONITORING/ASSISTANCE CLIENTS WERE SERVED. THE HOME IS AFFILIATED WITH THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH OF AMERICA AND THE HOME'S MISSION IS AN EXTENSION OF THE MEMBER CHURCHES OUTREACH SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY.
