OUR BADGER BOYS STATE PROGRAM IS OVERSEEN BY THE AMERICAN LEGION, DEPARTMENT OF WISCONSIN, AND HAS EXISTED FOR OVER 75 YEARS. EACH YEAR, APPROX 880 YOUNG MEN BETWEEN THEIR JUNIOR AND SENIOR YEARS OF HIGH SCHOOL SPEND A WEEK AT RIPON COLLEGE LEARNING ABOUT CITIZENSHIP, AMERICAN GOVERNMENT FUNDAMENTALS, AND CIVICS. MANY JOIN THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION AND REMAIN FRIENDS FOR LIFE. THE PROGRAM WAS UNABLE TO BE HELD IN 2020 DUE TO COVID-19.
