MEMBER ADVOCACY - PROVIDE MEMBERS PRE-QUALIFIED WELDING AND BRAZING PROCEDURES FOR ALL TYPES OF PIPING MATERIALS. MEMBERSHIP ALLOWS FOR WELDER INTERCHANGE, ALLOWABLE UNDER B31 PIPING. THE CHAPTER MAINTAINS A DATABASE OF ALL WELDER TEST RECORDS AND WELDING CONTINUITY. WELD PACKETS AND WELDER RECORDS ARE PREPARED AND SENT TO MEMBERS UPON REQUEST. IN ADDITION, THE CHAPTER PROVIDES TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION ABOUT CURRENT WELDING METHODS.
