OUR PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE THE COSTS OF EDUCATION, GRASSROOTS ORGANIZING, COALITION BUILDING, AND ELECTORAL INVOLVEMENT IN WISCONSIN TO PROTECT, ACHIEVE, AND ADVANCE THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER, AND QUEER (LGBTQ+) WISCONSINITES. DURING THE YEAR THESE EFFORTS WERE FOCUSED ON ENGAGING A COALITION OF LGBTQ+ AND ALLIED COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS IN WISCONSIN, AND WORKING TO ENGAGE THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY IN ELECTIONS. OUR PROGRAM SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE LEGISLATIVE WORK SUCH AS THE COSTS OF DIRECTLY LOBBYING ELECTED OFFICIALS TO SUPPORT OR OPPOSE LEGISLATION RELATED TO THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY. DURING THE YEAR THESE EFFORTS FOCUSED ON DEFENDING PAST LEGISLATIVE GAINS AND SUPPORTING LOCAL/MUNICIPAL ADVANCES IN LGBTQ+ CIVIL RIGHTS.
