THE MUSEUM IS WINDING DOWN OPERATIONS. THE MAJORITY OF ITS CHARITABLE ACTIVITY DURING THE YEAR WAS TO READY ITS ASSETS FOR DONATION/SALE. ITS BUILDING WAS SOLD AND THE NET PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO PUBLIC CHARITIES. THE MUSEUM HAS ENTERED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CEDARBURG LANDMARK PRESERVATION SOCIETY INC TO DONATE ITS MUSEUM ASSETS FOR EXHIBITION, AND DONATE FUNDS TO CATALOG, PHOTOGRAPH, TRANSPORT, STORE, DISPLAY, AND PROVIDE EXHIBITION SPACE FOR THE COLLECTION, AS WELL AS TO SUPPORT OTHER PURPOSES AS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE CEDARBURG HISTORY MUSEUM AND THE CONTINUED DISPLAY OF THE CHUDNOW COLLECTION.
