TO DISTRIBUTE, SELL AND/OR PRODUCE EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC MATERIALS, SUCH AS NEWSLETTERS, JOURNALS, BOOKS, REPORTS, THESES, SLIDE SETS, VIDEO TAPES, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, ETC., FOR THE MEDICAL PHYSICS COMMUNITY AND CLOSELY RELATED FIELDS, SUCH AS RADIOLOGY, RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY, RADIATION PROTECTION, RADIATION BIOLOGY AND BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING. IN ADDITION, TO SUPPORT EDUCATION IN MEDICAL PHYSICS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES BY PROVISION OF FREE OR INEXPENSIVE EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL IN MEDICAL PHYSICS AND RELATED FIELDS.

MEDICAL PHYSICS PUBLISHING (MPP) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT PUBLISHING ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SERVING THE MEDICAL PHYSICS AND EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITIES SINCE 1985. WE CURRENTLY HAVE OVER 100 TITLES IN PRINT. MPP IS ALSO THE OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR AND PUBLISHER OF BOOKS AND REPORTS FOR THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICISTS IN MEDICINE (AAPM). OUR CUSTOMERS INCLUDE PRACTICING MEDICAL PHYSICISTS, RADIOLOGISTS, RADIATION ONCOLOGISTS, EDUCATORS, AND RESEARCHERS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. MPP IS BEEN THE PUBLISHING HOME OF THE MOST DEDICATED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AUTHORS IN OUR FIELD. SUPPORTING THESE EFFORTS IS IMPORTANT IN IMPROVING EDUCATION AND EXPANDING KNOWLEDGE IN THE MEDICAL PHYSICS FIELD. BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF NEW PUBLISHING AND INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION TECHNIQUES, IN ADDITION TO TRADITIONAL BOOKS AND BOOK SERIES, MPP WILL CONTINUE TO FULFILL THE MISSION OF ITS FOUNDERS BY PROVIDING INFORMATION THAT ADVANCES THE STATE OF THE ART IN PATIENT CARE.
