JAPANESE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST: ADMINISTRATION OF THE JAPANCESE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (JLPT) AT 18 SITES AROUND THE UNITED STATES. THE JLPT IS A TEST DEVELOPED IN JAPAN THAT IS GIVEN ONCE A YEAR (IN PAPER FORM) TO APPROXIMATELY 6,800 INDIVIDUALS IN THE US AND MORE THAN 150,000 IN OTHER COUNTRIES INCLUDING JAPAN.
OTHER MEMBER SERVICES: PUBLICATION OF SEMIANNUAL JOURNAL AND QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER; ORGANIZATION AND SUPPORT OF ANNUAL CONFERENCES, WEBINARS, TRAINING SEMINARS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES (APPROXIMATELY 1,200 MEMBERS)
