ROCK VALLEY COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, INC. PROVIDES SERVICES BASED ON ACCOUNTABILITY, SAFETY AND TREATMENT THAT ENHANCE THE COMMUNITY AND THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. RVCP, INC. WILL DEVELOP AND ADMINISTER PROGRAMS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO SERVE RESIDENTS IN THE GREATER ROCK COUNTY AREA WITH PUBLIC SAFETY THE CONSTANT. RVCP, INC. PROGRAMS WILL PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR EDUCATION, TREATMENT, AND GUIDANCE IN THE AREAS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL RESTRUCTURING, EMPLOYMENT AND RESIDENCY.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - RVCP PROVIDES ADULT RESIDENTIAL RE-ENTRY SERVICES FOR CLIENTS REFERRED BY THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS. THE PROGRAM'S FOCUS IS CASE MANAGEMENT. THIS MAY INCLUDE EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMMING, BEHAVIORAL RESTRUCTURING, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TO SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION CLIENTS INTO THE COMMUNITY FOLLOWING A PERIOD OF INCARCERATION.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES - RVCP IS LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WISCONSIN TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH THE COMPASS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC (CBHC), CBHC IS ABLE TO ACCEPT A VARIETY OF INSURANCE COMPANIES, MEDICARE, MEDICAID AND PRIVATE PAY. RVCP CONTRACTS WITH THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS AND U.S. COURTS FOR GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT SERVICES.
CRISIS PREVENTION SERVICES - RVCP PROVIDES SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL CRISIS STABILIZATION SERVICES TO CLIENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDUCING MENTAL HEALTH SYMPTOMS TO PREVENT THE NEED FOR INPATIENT HOSPITALIZATION. CLIENTS ARE REFERRED FROM THE ROCK COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
