65 MEMBER ADULT AND JUNIOR ROWERS PARTICIPATED IN COMPETITIVE AND RECREATIONAL ROWING ACTIVITIES. WE PROVIDE COACHING AND EQUIPMENT IN A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT. 71 PEOPLE OF ALL AGES IN THE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATED IN LEARN TO ROW CLASSES. WE STARTED A STEM TO STERN PROGRAM AS PART OF A NATIONAL INITIATIVE IN THE ROWING COMMUNITY WITH TRAINING AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 9 MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM DISADVANTAGED GROUPS WITH BASIC STEM EDUCATION, LEARN TO ROW INSTRUCTION AND PARTICIPATION IN JUNIOR TEAM COMPETITIONS.
