IN 2021 THE BAY-LAKES COUNCIL SERVED 8,112 YOUTH MEMBERS LED BY 3,449 ADULT VOLUNTEERS WHO DELIVERED QUALITY SCOUTING PROGRAMS IN 35 COUNTIES IN EASTERN WISCONSIN AND MICHIGAN'S UPPER PENINSULA. THESE YOUNG SCOUTS PROVIDED 7,900 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE THAT MADE OUR COMMUNITIES BETTER PLACES TO LIVE. AS A RESULT OF HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION, 241 SCOUTS DISTINGUISHED THEMSELVES AS SCOUTING'S ELITE AFTER REACHING THE PINNACLE OF THE SCOUTING PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, 11,712 MERIT BADGES AND 4,517 RANK ADVANCEMENTS WERE EARNED BY OUR SCOUTS WHERE THEY WERE ABLE TO LEARN NEW SKILLS. 4 PREMIER SCOUT CAMPS ARE AVAILABLE TO OUR SCOUTING FAMILIES TO EXPLORE A NEW WORLD OF OUTDOOR ADVENTURE. 1 LIFE CHANGING PROGRAM IS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE CONTINUED SUPPORT OF OUR DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS, FAMILIES, YOUTH AND COMMUNITY LEADERS.
