COMPASS POINT - AN ASSISTED LIVING OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS AGED 55 AND OLDER IN A RESIDENTIAL CARE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES, INCLUDING MEALS, WELLNESS SERVICES, SOCIAL ASSISTANCE, HOUSEKEEPING, AND ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND MEDICAL NEEDS. ON AVERAGE, 68 RESIDENTS ARE SERVED ON A DAILY BASIS, AND 8% OF THE RESIDENTS ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE LIVING WITH A SPOUSE. A MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO THE NON RESIDENT COMMUNITY AND PROVIDED 3,813 MEALS DURING THE YEAR.
RIVERSIDE LODGE - AN ASSISTED LIVING OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS AGED 55 AND OLDER IN A COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SERVICES SIMILAR TO THE ASSISTED LIVING IDENTIFIED ABOVE, WITH A FOCUS ON MEMORY CARE IN A SECURE ENVIRONMENT. ON AN AVERAGE DAY, 16 RESIDENTS WERE SERVED.
