UNITEDONE CREDIT UNION IS A FINANCIAL COOPERATIVE, NONPROFIT CORPORATION, INCORPORATED UNDER CHAPTER 186 OF THE WISCONSIN STATUTES TO ENCOURAGE THRIFT AMONG ITS MEMBERS, TO CREATE A SOURCE OF CREDIT AT A FAIR AND REASONABLE COST, AND TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ITS MEMBERS TO IMPROVE THEIR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS.

IN 2023, WE HAD PRODUCED A TOTAL OF $77,739,322 IN CONSUMER, BUSINESS, MORTGAGE, AND SECONDARY MARKET LOAN VOLUMES - THIS INCLUDES LOANS SOLD INTO THE SECONDARY MARKET OF $7,583,961. WE HAD NET LOAN GROWTH OF $12,019,465 IN CONSUMER, BUSINESS, AND MORTGAGE LOANS. THERE WERE 43,397 DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS. THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS AT YEAR END WERE 19,436 WITH A POTENTIAL MARKET OF 250,022.
EVEN THOUGH WE'VE OPENED OUR BRANCHES FOR MEMBERS, WE'VE ALSO MAINTAINED CURBSIDE SERVICE AND VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS WITH MEMBERS SO THEY COULD SAFELY COMPLETE THEIR TRANSACTION WITHOUT THE NEED TO ENTER A BRANCH IF PREFERRED.
WE LAUNCHED A NEW DIGITAL BANKING PLATFORM FOR BUSINESS MEMBERS TO BETTER MEET THEIR NEEDS. THIS ALLOWS THE BUSINESS OWNER TO GRANT SPECIFIC ACCESS VIA DIGITAL BANKING TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS AS AN OFFICE MANAGER OR TAX ADVISOR.IN 2023 WE ALSO LAUNCHED OLLIE, OUR AUTOMATED PHONE ATTENDENT, TO HELP SERVE MEMBERS MORE EFFICIENTLY WHEN CALLING IN WITH CERTAIN QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS.
