UNITEDONE CREDIT UNION IS A FINANCIAL COOPERATIVE, NONPROFIT CORPORATION, INCORPORATED UNDER CHAPTER 186 OF THE WISCONSIN STATUTES TO ENCOURAGE THRIFT AMONG ITS MEMBERS, TO CREATE A SOURCE OF CREDIT AT A FAIR AND REASONABLE COST, AND TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ITS MEMBERS TO IMPROVE THEIR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS.

IN 2021, WE HAD PRODUCED A TOTAL OF $127,896,528 IN CONSUMER, BUSINESS, MORTGAGE, AND SECONDARY MARKET LOAN VOLUMES - THIS INCLUDES LOANS SOLD INTO THE SECONDARY MARKET OF $43,553,528. WE HAD NET LOAN GROWTH OF $4,756,519 IN CONSUMER, BUSINESS, AND MORTGAGE LOANS. THERE WERE 42,784 DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS. THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS AT YEAR END WERE 19,723 WITH A POTENTIAL MARKET OF 250,022.
MAINTAINED CURBSIDE SERVICE AND IMPLEMENTED VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS WITH MEMBERS SO THEY COULD SAFELY COMPLETE THEIR TRANSACTION WITHOUT THE NEED TO ENTER A BRANCH DURING THE PANDEMIC.
PARTICIPATED IN THE SECOND ROUND OF THE PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM (PPP) SO SMALL BUSINESSES WITHIN OUR COMMUNITIES COULD ACCESS FUNDS AVAILABLE VIA THE SBA PROGRAM. THIS HELPED THESE BUSINESSES STAY OPERATIONAL DURING THE SAFER AT HOME ORDER AND LOWER SALES DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
