FUNDS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO VARIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE OR SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. SUCH PROGRAMS INCLUDE BOOKS FOR KIDS, SALVATION ARMY DETROIT CORPS, CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF MICHIGAN, KIWANIS OF MICHIGAN FOUNDATION AND THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS GIFT WRAPPING PROGRAM. FUNDS WERE ALSO DISTRIBUTED TO SPONSOR SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPS FOR THE SUMMER INCLUDING ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS SALVATION ARMY, GIRL SCOUTS, CAMP MAKE-A-DREAM, THE YMCA, AND ELEMENTARY, HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE CLUBS OR ORGANIZATIONS.
