WAS ORGANIZED IN JANUARY 2012 UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING HOUSING AND RELATED FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. THE ENTITY WAS FINANCED THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD") UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT AND CONSISTS OF 7 UNITS. SUCH ENTITIES ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
