PROVIDE EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT TO FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVUALS SERVING THE RED LODGE AREA.


PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LOCAL COLLEGE STUDENTS SEEKING EDUCATION IN HEALTH OR SAFETY RELATED CAREERS.


PROVIDE A VEHICLE TO RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT CONSTUCTION OF A NEW TRAINING CENTER FOR THE RED LODGE FIRE DISTRICT. THE FACILITY WILL SUPPORT FIRE FIGHTING, SEARCH AND RESCUE, AND EMT TRAINING. BUILDING COSTS IN 2021 CONSISTED OF BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING, LAND ACQUISITION, AND INITIAL CONSTRUCTION. COSTS INCURRED IN 2021 AMOUNTED TO $ 929,088. THIS AMOUNT IS REPORTED AS INVESTMENT IN BUILDING AND IMPROVEMENTS. WHEN THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS COMPLETED, FULL TITLE OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE GRANTED TO THE RED LODGE FIRE DISTRICT.
