MARTIN HOSPITAL, INC., UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AND CLINICS, ACADIA GENERAL HOSPITAL, LAFAYETTE HEALTH VENTURES, INC., LAFAYETTE GENERAL FOUNDATION, AND KAPLAN GENERAL HOSPITAL PROVIDED SUPPORT OF THE MISSIONS OF THESE 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS AND THIER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS DURING THE YEAR.
