THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN NOVEMBER 1995 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN GARDENA, CALIFORNIA AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT PROJECT OF 80 UNITS. THE HOUSING IS PROVIDED TO LOW INCOME SENIORS IN COOPERATION WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
