IN ACCORDANCE WITH GAAP, WE HAVE DISCLOSED DONATED SERVICES IN OUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THIS PROGRAM AREA THAT WERE PROVIDED BY PERSONS WITH SPECIALIZED LEGAL SKILLS.
