THE MISSION OF THE ANN ARBOR ROWING CLUB IS TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE A SAFE, AFFORDABLE, AND EDUCATIONALLY REWARDING ROWING EXPERIENCE FOR RESIDENTS OF ANN ARBOR AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INSTRUCTION, TRAINING AND COMPETITION IN THE SPORT OF ROWING TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. DURING 2022, OUR COVID-CURTAILED ACTIVITIES RETURNED TO NORMAL AS THE PANDEMIC RECEDED. WE ARE A PROUD AFFILIATE OF US ROWING'S AMERICA ROWS PROGRAM WHICH IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE INCLUSIVENESS IN THE SPORT OF ROWING. WE OFFER SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS FOR VETERANS AND ADAPTIVE PROGRAMS FOR ATHLETES WITH PHYSICAL OR COGNITIVE DISABILITIES, SUCH AS AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER.
