OPERATE A HIGH-QUALITY LOCAL HISTORY MUSEUM WHICH INCLUDES PERMANENT EXHIBITS, HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES, CHANGING EXHIBITS, AND GRADE-LEVEL APPROPRIATE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. UTILIZE THE MUSEUM FACILITY TO PRESENT ADDITIONAL OUTSTANDING HISTORY-BASED PROGRAMMING INCLUDING MONTHLY LECTURES, ORAL HISTORY WORKSHOPS, AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES. LASTLY, MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE AN ARCHIVE OF PHOTOGRAPHS, DOCUMENTS AND ARTIFACTS PERTAINING TO HARBOR SPRINGS' HISTORY. THESE PROGRAMS WERE ACCOMPLISHED IN PART BY VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
