THE GLASS COLLECTION - THE FOUNDATION LEASES A COLLECTION OF BLOWN GLASS AT NO COST TO THE FLINT INSTITUTE OF ARTS, A PUBLIC CHARITY, FOR PUBLIC DISPLAY BY THE FLINT INSTITUTE OF ARTS. THE FLINT INSTITUTE OF ARTS IS THE SECOND LARGEST ART MUSEUM IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND, EACH YEAR, MORE THAN 160,000 PEOPLE VISIT THE FLINT INSTITUTE OF ART'S GALLERIES (FREE OF CHARGE) AND PARTICIPATE IN ITS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.THE COST AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH ACQUIRING THE COLLECTION IS $2,851,143.31
