THE PURPOSE OF CACF IS TO PROVIDE A VEHICLE FOR DONATIONS FROM CIVIC-MINDED CITIZENS IN ORDER TO BUILD PERMANENT ENDOWMENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY FROM WHICH GRANTS ARE AWARDED TO CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE WISHES OF THE DONORS AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR AREA.
