ENCOURAGE THE INSTRUCTION, PRACTICE AND ADVANCEMENT OF ITS MEMBERS IN FREE SKATING, ICE DANCING AND OTHER TYPES OF FIGURE SKATING. ENCOURAGE AND CULTIVATE FRATERNAL FEELINGS AMONG SKATERS. HOST OR SPONSOR SKATING COMPETITIONS.

ICE SKATING COMPETITIONS MID-AMERICA SYNCHRONIZED ICE SKATING COMPETITION - HOSTED OVER 100 SYNCHRONIZED ICE SKATING TEAMS IN LEVELS FROM BEGINNER THROUGH MASTERS. SUMMER CLASSIC INDIVIDUAL ICE SKATING COMPETITION - HOSTED 145 SKATERS IN LEVELS FROM BEGINNER THROUGH SENIOR FROM 26 SKATING CLUBS.


CLUB ICE SKATING PROVIDED OVER 500 HOURS OF ICE TIME FOR MEMBERS TO PRACTICE SKATING. ENCOURAGED MEMBERS TO PRACTICE AND TAKE LESSONS TO ADVANCE IN THE DISCIPLINES OF FREE SKATING, ICE DANCING AND OTHER FORMS OF FIGURE SKATING. SPONSORED TEST DATES FOR FIGURE SKATING JUDGES TO VIEW AND TEST INDIVIDUAL SKATERS' ABILITIES IN THE VARIOUS DISCIPLINES AND DETERMINE IF EACH HAS PASSED THE ATTEMPTED TEST WHICH ALLOWS THE SKATER TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF SKATING.


SYNCHRONIZED SKATING TEAMS TOT, BEGINNER I, AND PRELIMINARY SYNCHRONIZED SKATING TEAMS UTILIZED 6 HOURS OF PRACTICE TIME PER WEEK THROUGHOUT THE SYNCHRONIZED ICE SKATING SEASON. TEAMS TRAVELED TO AN COMPETED IN 5 COMPETITIONS DURING THE SEASON. TEAM PRACTICES FOSTER THE MASTERY OF SYNCHRONIZED ICE SKATING SKILLS AND TEAM CAMARADERIE.


OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDES LEARN-TO-SKATE PROGRAMS AND ICE SHOWS.
