CONFERENCES AND MEETING WERE HELD THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF MICHIGAN TO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND PUBLIC TO ENHANCE THE PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT FIELD. APPROXIMATELY 532 PEOPLE BENEFITTED DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR.
PUBLICATION OF SEMI-ANNUAL NEWSLETTERS WHICH HELP DISSEMINATE PERTINENT INFORMATION TO 1,685 MEMBERS. THE NEWSLETTERS WERE SENT TO APPROXIMATELY 9,000 LICENSED PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS WHO PRACTICE IN MICHIGAN.
