YOUNG FARMERS - EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR CURRENT LOCAL AGRICULTURAL LEADERS WITHIN THE AGES OF 18 TO 35; AND OFFERS SOCIAL EVENTS AND ENCOURAGES INVOLVEMENT TO DEVELOP FUTURE LEADERS.
