MEMBERSHIP WITH A UNIFIED VOICE, PROVIDES DIRECTION TO THE STATE ORGANIZATION. THE STATEWIDE ORGANIZATION THEN DEVELOPS A LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL STRATEGY.
YOUNG FARMERS EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR CURRENT LOCAL AGRICULTURAL LEADERS WITHIN THE AGES OF 18 TO 35; AND OFFERS SOCIAL EVENTS AND ENCOURAGES INVOLVEMENT TO DEVELOP FUTURE LEADERS.
PROMOTION AND EDUCATION EDUCATION ABOUT THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY ARE OFFERED TO HUNDREDS IN THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH EVENTS SUCH AS BREAKFAST ON THE FARM AND TO 4-H CLUBS, FFA CHAPTERS, SCHOOLS AND CIVIC GROUPS.
