FOR FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2020 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, MCLAREN PORT HURON PROVIDED HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE POOR AND TO THE BROADER COMMUNITY FOR WHICH THE COST OF PROVIDING SUCH SERVICES EXCEEDED THE RELATED REVENUE. CHARITY CARE IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,567,960 WAS PROVIDED DURING THE YEAR. MCLAREN PORT HURON PROVIDED $452,337,420 IN THIRD PARTY DISCOUNTS. IN TOTAL, THIS REPRESENTS 64.09 PERCENT OF THE GROSS PATIENT REVENUE FOR THIS YEAR.
