MEMBERSHIP: MEMBERSHIP IN THE TRADE ASSOCIATION PROVIDED SUPPORT TO 281 MEMBERS AND INTERESTED PARTIES INCLUDING EDUCATION, DISCOUNTS ON PUBLICATIONS, BENCHMARKING STATISTICS, INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES AND RECOGNITION.
EDUCATION: WE OFFERED 21 EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. THESE INCLUDED INDUSTRY DESIGNATION CLASSES FOCUSED ON THE SAFE, EFFICIENT OPERATIONS OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE; EXPOSURE TO THE INDUSTRY'S NEWEST TECHNOLOGIES; SUSTAINABILITY IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT, AND BEST PRACTICES.
