EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE PROVIDING HOSPITAL SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF MANISTEE, MICHIGAN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHILE FULFILLING THE HOSPITAL'S MISSION TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE IN THE COMMUNITY. MUNSON HEALTHCARE MANISTEE HOSPITAL HAD 929 INPATIENT ADMISSIONS IN FISCAL YEAR 2021 AND OVER 65,400 OUTPATIENT VISITS. THE HOSPITAL SERVED MORE THAN 3,400 SURGICAL CASES AND OVER 11,400 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS. MUNSON HEALTHCARE MANISTEE HOSPITAL ACCEPTS ALL PATIENTS, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY. INCLUDED IN PROGRAM SERVICE EXPENSES ARE 542,000 OF EXPENSES RELATED TO THE COMPREHENSIVE CARE OF COVID-19 PATIENTS.
