("SOGA II") IS A GEORGIA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO SOGA TO PROVIDE REAL ESTATE, RENOVATIONS, AND EQUIPMENT FOR A NEW "TRAINING FOR LIFE: SPORTS LAB AND CENTER." THE NEW FACILITY IS UNIQUELY DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A FULLY-EQUIPPED SPORTS LAB AND A GYMNASIUM TO OFFER ON-SITE TRAINING FOR ATHLETES, AS WELL AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE SPACE AND SUPPORT NEEDED FOR SOGA'S EXPANDING NETWORK OF VOLUNTEERS AND STAFF. SOGA II QUALIFED AS AN ELIGIBLE QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOW INCOME COMMUNITY BUSINESS ("QALICB") FOR PURPOSES OF RECEIVING NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT FINANCING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW FACILITY.
