THE MISSION OF THE SUNY ONEONTA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS TO CONNECT, ENGAGE, SUPPORT, AND CELEBRATE ALUMNI, STUDENTS, FACULTY, STAFF, AND FRIENDS.

ANNUAL EVENTS INCLUDE LOCAL AND REGIONAL ALUMNI EVENTS, AFFINITY GROUP REUNIONS, ALUMNI WEEKEND, CAMPUS TRADITIONS, SOPHOMORE, JUNIOR, AND SENIOR ACTIVITIES, ALUMNI AWARDS, RECENT ALUMNI DIALOGUES, DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI LECTURES, ALUMNI-STUDENT NETWORKING EVENTS, ALUMNI PANEL PRESENTATIONS, AND THE STUDENT RESEARCH AND CREATIVE ACTIVITY LUNCHEON.
VARIOUS PROJECTS SUCH AS CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT PROJECTS WHICH INCLUDE: ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE WHICH HIGHLIGHTS, AWARDS, AND PROMOTES ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT FOR FACULTY, STUDENTS, AND THE COLLEGE COMMUNITY. THE ALUMNI CULTURAL FUND FOSTERS NUMEROUS MULTICULTURAL, FINE, AND PERFORMING ARTS ACTIVITIES FOR THE CAMPUS, ALUMNI, AND FRIENDS. THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION ALSO PROMOTES THE COLLEGE'S COMMON READ, ADMISSION PROGRAMS, LIBRARY ACQUISITIONS, STUDENT LIFE PROGRAMS, STUDENT RESEARCH, AND CREATIVE ACTIVITY.
THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS PROUD TO SUPPORT STUDENT SUCCESS BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS ANNUALLY. FIFTY-EIGHT STUDENTS RECEIVED AN ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP. SEVEN STUDENTS RECEIVED THE ANNUAL 9/11 MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP.
REFLECTIONS IS PUBLISHED THREE TIMES A YEAR AND IS FUNDED BY THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION.
