FAIRVIEW HAVEN IS A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY SERVING 52 SKILLED AND/OR INTERMEDIATE NEED RESIDENTS, 13 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, 14 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS AND 20 MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING UNITS. FAIRVIEW HAVEN ALSO IS THE OWNER OF A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OWNS AND OPERATES AN AGE RESTRICTED CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX. WE NURTURE CHOICE, GROWTH AND LIFE FOR AN ELDERLY POPULATION IN THE LATER YEARS OF THEIR LIFE, PROVIDING CARE TO THOSE WHO CAN NO LONGER CARE FOR THEMSELVES.
