THE CHAMBER LEASES OFFICE SPACE AND ONLY CONTRIBUTES $400 PER MONTH TOWARDS UTILITIES. THE FAIR VALUE OF THE OFFICE RENTAL COST IS APPROXIMATELY $13,200.
