ALTHOUGH COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS CONTINUED TO IMPACT OUR ACTIVITIES, WE ACCOMPLISHED OUR MISSION IN THE FOLLOWING COMMUNITY SERVICE EFFORTS: PURCHASE AND DONATION OF CLOTHING FOR THE VETERANS CLOTHING ROOM AT JEESE BROWN VA MEDICAL CENTER, PROVIDING ACCESS TO HISTORICAL INFORMATION ON HOW WOMEN AND OUR CHAPTER OF NSDAR HELPED SHAPE CHICAGO THROUGH DIGITIZATION AND HOSTING OF CHICAGO CHAPTER HISTORICAL RECORDS, SUPPORTING A CHICAGO STUDENT WITH A SCHOLARSHIP FOR POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION, PHOTOGRAPHICALLY RECORDING OF GRAVESTONES AT LOCAL CEMETERIES, PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL RIVER CLEAN-UP PROGRAMS, AND MONTHLY GENEALOGY WORKSHOPS.
